Finding Purpose: The Brookwood Story takes viewers inside The Brookwood Community in Brookshire, Texas, a vibrant community built around the belief that meaningful work, choice, and belonging can transform the lives of adults with intellectual disabilities.

More than 200 adults work across Brookwood’s campus, creating handmade goods and products, working in the café and horticulture center, and contributing to a community where their talents and abilities are recognized and valued.

Through the voices of Brookwood citizens, their families, and the people who helped shape the community, Finding Purpose shares stories of challenges overcome, lives changed, and the philosophy behind Brookwood’s distinctive approach.
